This has to be the worst Company for customer service
Avoid at all costs
I ordered some boots costing £60 and 3 weeks later a pair of sunglasses worth $5 arrived from China
Tretorn refused a refund more than 50% and I was to pay to return the sunglasses to China !!
Suggested that they send me the boots and now they are out of stock

Always got immediate reply from customer service. No solution though. Even though I returned my parcel for a lot of money and it was deposited to pick up by them, they refused any collaboration to get the merch from the pick up point in their neighbourhood and the parcel came back to me. Never again! After 7 months of trying I give in now.

Bought a bag from them online, which they confirmed by email as dispatched - it never turned up - when I checked tracking it was clear it was never actually dispatched - I send a complaint but they never responded - then I noticed that they had partially refunded and thus essentially cancelled my order, without informing me by email or other communication that they were doing so - they did not refund the delivery fee - I complained again but received no response - they never issued any further communication on my order besides the initial receipt and dispatch notice, so technically my order isn’t actually formally cancelled - in my view and they have essentially defrauded the cost of the delivery from me - disgraceful company, do not do business with them

I ordered two jackets from Tretorn and in two days customer service informed me that they had to cancel my order due to stock error. They offered a discount code - but it didn't work. I still made another order but I didn't get any order confirmation. Well, I asked about that and customer service told me that my other order didn't even exist!

How much worse can a customer experience get?

I put in an order on December 20th, 2021. The order never arrived, and on January 13th, 2022, Tretorn canceled the order! It is now February 23rd, and I still have NOT the refund! Absolute worst customer service.

Still trying to create a return, desperately want to return but nobody gets back to you. Wish I’d read reviews first!

Really poor quality
Wellingtons have worn out in under two months use with large breaks in the rubber on the same place on both boots. A real shame - won't be using this company again

If I could give a -10 I would do it. These people are the absolute worst. The website offers misleading links which led to purchase of an incorrect item. It took weeks to get a refund and I had to pay shipping BOTH WAYS. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

Avoid ... Delivery lost twice, poor packaging when the items finally arrived and a very slow customer service response.

Purchased a rubber jacket, with a cotton liner, looks fab, however looks can be deceiving. Supposed to be waterproof but it isn’t, every time it gets wet the liner absorbs the water and worst still takes days to dry out.
Contacted Tretorn, who told me they no longer sold that particular model and offered me 20% off my next purchase and left me with a jacket that isn’t fit for purpose.
